What is your fee?

Our fee is 25% of all bookings.

 

What kinds of services do you offer?

We offer a full range of services to manage bookings, interior and exterior maintenance, housekeeping, and more. More.

 

What are the terms of our contract?

Our service agreement is operable for one year, and goes into effect upon mutual consent by both parties. The agreement may be terminated by either party upon the receipt of one month’s written notice.

 

What rates should we charge?

When we meet to tour your property, we will discuss the property’s rental rates according to season.

 

Do we need to supply photos?

No need! We’ll take care of that for you.

 

How will our property be promoted?

All Mountain Vacation properties are promoted with a combination of printed materials, advertising and other sales initiatives. Each listing receives its own page, and you are encouraged to send your listing page to parties of interest. As well, the Mountain Vacations website has been optimized for the major search engines.
