How far ahead do I need to book?

Please book as far ahead as possible to avoid disappointment. A deposit is required to secure your rental, but your deposit will be fully-refunded if you cancel with a minimum of 14 days’ notice.

Some properties offer discounts for reservations confirmed more than 90 days in advance.

 

What are Off-Season, High-Season and Holiday dates?

Rates are based on season.

Off-season dates October 1-December 20 and January 5- May 14.

High season dates are May 14-July 25 and August 15-September 31.

Holiday dates July 26-August 16 and December 21- January 4.

 

What are split weeks and combination weeks?

Split weeks allow you to experience both sides of the Rockies in the same week. For example: Enjoy a weekend in the historic and majestic mountains of Canmore and Banff, then, after a short 1-1/2 hour drive through the pristine Kootenay park, relax for the remainder of the week in the Columbia Valley on the beach, or on one of the many golf courses or ski hills.

Combination weeks provide a two week vacation package that allows you to spend a week on each side of the Rockies.

 

 

What about pets?

If you have pets, please call us. We will find you a place that accepts pets.

 

 

Smoking?

There is no smoking in any of our vacation rentals.

 

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We need a minimum of 14 days’ notice before your arrival day.

 

 

Is a deposit required?

Yes. We require a 50% deposit to hold our reservation. Your booking must be paid in full 7 days before arrival day.

 

 

What about refunds?

You will receive a full refund of your deposit if you provide a minimum of 14 days’ cancellation notice.

 

 

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

 

 

Do you offer a grocery shopping service?

Yes we do! Make the most of your vacation by being on vacation, not standing in line at the grocery store. Just contact us for all the details.
